Natchu Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love your Natchu products — but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

🗓 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If it’s been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required — either a digital receipt or printed invoice.

Please note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at info@natchu.co.za. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back to us.

📦 Damages or Issues

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong product — please get in touch immediately at info@natchu.co.za. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right.

🎁 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the product you’d like instead.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund — this can take up to 10 business days depending on your provider.
